This is a unique branded Sender ID for use ONLY IN TRANSACTIONAL MESSAGES, for example sending a one-time passcode to a User, or sending a payment or transaction confirmation message. The setting fee is one-off, followed by monthly subs of KES 2,500/- per month.

This is a unique branded Sender ID for use ONLY IN PROMOTIONAL MESSAGES, for example sending a message to market your product or service to a User, or sending an invitation or reminder.
The Sender ID is typically the full or part of your registered company name or registered brand or trade mark. It must be 11 characters or less. Allow at least 10 days for your ID to be registered and get activated.
This Promotional Sender ID will be displayed to the recipients of your messages to show them that the messages are from your company or brand.
The fee is a one-off charge for the ID allocation and set up.
FAQ: What happens if I do not have a unique sender ID?
Answer: All messages you send will be shown as coming from INTEGRAL, the name of the company that owns the Ninilini Smart Messaging System.
